With guidance from our Advisory Board, Free Plastic aims to develop a series of mobile workshops where our STEAM-based curriculum educates our community members about the impact of plastic use & plastic pollution in our local & greater environment; raise awareness about the realities of recycling programs throughout South Florida; and demonstrate active recycling techniques while creating & developing new products and works of art.

Interested in Helping Out Our Plastic Farmers?
In South Florida, plastic farming is a beach. Our farmers spend long hours on the sand and in the parks hunting for the best plastic pollution they can find.
Along they way, they even pick up other pollution, go for a swim, meet other trashy people, smile, bask in the sun, and single-handedly try to save the planet.
